Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your gear is tracked safely back to our facility.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the holster and any included accessories in the original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
